"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. "Stoyian was amazing! He came out and gave me the most reasonable estimate I had after 3 other waterproofing companies came out. His crew was on time and ready to go. He had two crews: one to fix the seepage in the crawl space and one to install the new sump-pump and back up pump. Stoyian (the owner) gave us an upgraded back up pump because it was on sale and didn't up-charge us. The crew that came out to install the sump-pump accidentally severed my cable line. Stoyian came out to fix that as well! The pump was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. When I called Stoyian, he came out himself, that day, to inspect what was wrong. He decided to replace the entire pump after he diagnosed that a stone accidentally got into the drainage. On a SUNDAY, he came out, installed the new pump and raised it so that this problem wouldn't happen again. There was no charge. As soon as I called to schedule him , whether for an estimate, work done, or repair, I received a call back within an hour. He was nice, polite, and prompt. His crew cleaned up after they left and were not intrusive. I would highly recommend him, his knowledge of plumbing, and his workmanship!"

The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."
