We initiated contact with the company in August 2021 and spoke with a representative who shortly thereafter left the company. He walked us through the entire project process; and he was professional, thorough, sincere, and accommodating - especially with our endless questions. George made us aware of these delays before we signed our contract, so we’d know what to expect. Work started in October with a new chimney cap. Mike and his crew followed. They did a great job with the roof itself, and addressed all issues that presented after the tear off. Jovani and his crew handled the soffits, gutters, downspouts, and minimal siding work well. Jeremy and his team finished the job in February by installing the new attic windows quickly and professionally. Each group went above and beyond to complete the work to our satisfaction. Cleanup was continual and as thorough as possible, given fallen leaves and snow. All crew members were courteous, respectful, and helpful. Since our work was extensive, it was an expensive project. However, the cost was comparable to other roofer estimates. There were no major issues that arose after the tear off; and when all was said and done, we paid no more than the estimate we were given. We had a great experience with Nombach."

We made an appointment for Valor Chimney to come out and give us an estimate. The appointment was several weeks out, but well worth it. David was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the work that needed to be done and provided an equally detailed proposal. A few weeks later, David arrived on-time and did the work without any surprises. Valor Chimney, like the other companies that came out were C.S.I.A certified, but Valor's price was better and David is the owner, so I think the quality and integrity is better because of this fact."

"I originally bought an Angieslist deal for a roof inspection and repair credit.  Wesley Pluta contacted me very quickly after I bought the deal.  We had some water infiltration in January due to an ice dam, and I suspected one area of the roof needed some attention.  So when Wesley came out, we looked at the roof together and decided upon a course of action that included looking under the shingles at the flashing in a couple different areas.  The work was done by one of his guys a few weeks later.  One area of flashing around a chimney needed to be replaced.  The work was completed pretty quickly.  I am assuming that this should take care of the problem should we encounter ice dams in the future, but won't really know until that happens.  His work, of course, comes with a guarantee, so I'm sure if there is a problem he will fix it.  He was very responsive to my emails over the course of the time it took to get the work completed.  I also received a quote for siding replacement from him.  We aren't doing that work right now, but it's nice to have.
