"From the office staff to the owner to the installation technicians, this was a very pleasant experience! Rob gave us a quote, took care of the permits and had his technicians build the fence in less time than he quoted! "Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

"The initial phone call to Alex, the owner, was fine. The fellow who came out for an estimate was late, but he apologized. His estimate was fairly simple. We agreed on the price, with half paid before and half after completion. The start date was changed 3 times and it cost me a few day's off work for nothing. Once the start day arrived, the 9am start time came and went. After 2 more phone calls to Alex, the 2 man crew arrived. (Alex made up an excuse that they bought the "wrong concrete". The guys worked diligently and got half the job done in one day and removed the old fence. From that point on, I dealt with the workers, not Alex. They came back the next day, finished the job, cleaned up and that was it. Good work, good workers, good materials, but bad management."

The job required removing the trex material from the top of the deck and replacing the rotted wood that was no longer supporting my deck surface adequately.
