"I consider myself as a picky customer so when a contractor meets my expectations, I'm impressed. The team at O'Rourke impressed me with both their professionalism and their results. I was happy with the work they did on my deck and patio. They responded professionally to my "what about this / What about that" questions before, during, and after the process. The only are of improvement I might point out - I would have liked them to communicate better. i.e. perhaps a text message like " weather looks good tomorrow, we are planning to come by in the afternoon." I would hire them again."

"I recently had a concrete patio, steps, and a shed pad installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was prompt and professional, showing up on time and ready to work. Their communication was excellent—we always knew what to expect and when. Once they got started, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in far less time than I expected without cutting corners on quality. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again for future project. My neighbor already asked for their number lol."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets. I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

"We had our chimney tuck pointed and a roof put on the house. The old roof wasn’t torn down this it wasn’t in real bad shape and there was only one layer on. The work was all done in one day and everything was cleaned up when they left."
