The only concern I had was that with the original inspection the inspector found all the cracks but didn’t recommend sealing the brick portion of the wall which sits on top of the foundation. The tech mentioned that if i didnt get this seal the water could potentially seep through the brick. Since the price was way better than the competitors i didnt have a big problem with moving forward."
