He took my money and never showed up to start the work, he still hasn't returned calls or my money.

Clean and respectful of my property

We had a 2nd story awning that squirrels had eaten through the fabric and eventually into our house. Franco and his crew took down the awning, patched the holes and painted the exterior. Looks brand new! Couldn’t be happier. We also had a heavy wooden door to our outside patio whose rollers had been stuck, which made it nearly impossible to open. Franco fixed that! Over the years, we have been somewhat lax in keeping up with home maintenance; mostly because we didn’t know where to turn. Well Franco is our guy for all future projects. Putting together the punch list now.

Day one Franco came to my home and removed my screen door after I purchased a new screen door that he picked up. The second day he never called or showed up all day. He finally called after I tried contacting him all day with no response and said he had to fly to Florida for an emergency. His communication was terrible and he left me with no searching for a new contractor. I will never recommend this contractor to anyone.
