"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"I hired the company and paid a deposit. They put me on the schedule for around 10am. No one showed up and I called. They said I was on the schedule for 2p. 2p came and went and still no one showed up. I have requested a refund for my deposit because they are unreliable. They are high price too"

Sol is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable with going ahead to have his company install a chimney liner. Greg and Gary came about 10 days later to do the installation, and were also friendly, professional and respectful of my home. They politely answered more questions and cleaned up the area better than it was before."

"Called discussed previously verified bedbug sighting in house. Discussed measures we had already taken and what we could do to assure ourselves further that the problem had been contained. Had the crew out for treatment and discussions of next steps. Finished wishing we had called them at the beginning. We’d have paid them more ($1000) but the cost was a wash and we’d have saved a few Saturdays. Note: dusting aggravated our daughters asthma even though we avoided her bedroom and the kids play room. We would skip the dust if we were to do it again, even if it meant repeated treatments."

"Bob showed up right on time and performed a Chimney Sweep. We had issues with smoke coming in the house in which he determined the issue and offered an inexpensive repair. In addition,we had him fully convert to a gas fireplace with the existing fake logs we had. He set everything up really nice and painted the interior walls and it looks great. The work was fast and very reasonable. Highly reccomend."

"FABULOUS!!! Joe really knows what he is doing. He is upbeat and communicative. He is punctual and creative in thinking. He did not want me to pay for traps when he felt that they were unnecessary so he covered a hole going into my attic to see if the varmints would tear through it again (or if they had already abandoned this nest). When they did tear thought the marker, he applied the $140 inspection fee to the trapping fee and dealt with it that way. Brilliant."
