"Thank you for leaving a review however, we do ask that you contact the office promptly to report and resolve an issue before leaving bad feedback. Rats do not live off of love - there must be something at the property they are eating if they are not touching the bait left behind by the technician. Depending on the intensity of the problem, frequent follow ups may need to be conducted - possibly an inspection of other units in the building."
"To start with, I wanted to say that the technician that serviced the property is not the owner, simply one of our employees. Most importantly, we feel that the review space should be used to describe how the work was performed and not abused to spill out comments about a person's look. As for the work that was performed, i want to say that the treatment the technician used the first time is a green product designed to attract ants out of the walls and trick them into thinking it's food so they would carry it back to the colony to feed the rest of the family. This service does take time to work, aiming at a long term solution by eliminating the entire colony and not only the ants that are seen traveling through the house looking for food. When the customer called the office she did mention that there is a big problem and knowing this, she expected immediate results. Unfortunately we are not magicians and cannot make the problem disappear with the clap of our hands. What we can do is use the best product line out there. While experimenting with other products available, we choose the ones that bring us the best results on daily basis. When the client called the office a few days later to let us know that there still is a problem, Tony (the same tech, which she did not have a problem with at the moment) came out for her right away, for no extra charge. He decided to use the spray insecticide this time since the customer had doubts about the bait approach and seemed to be running out of patience. Again, this service was provided for no extra charge, and the customer was reminded to call if any problems occurred so we could stay on top of the problem. There would be no charge if the problem persisted. The tech also mentioned that he suggested installing spikes in the ground on the outside to control and prevent wood destroying insects as well as ants, but left the decision up to the customer. During our inspections, we not only treat the problems that are known, but suggest other solutions to keep the property pest-free. The comment about the camera system was out of line as the tech never tried to steal anything nor tried to make the problem worse. We certainly do not bring the problem, but do intend to treat. Most importantly, communication is the key to resolving issues. Unfortunately when i, the owner, after reading this review tried to step in by calling the customer to find out what happened, i found my voicemails were never responded to. Even when Angie's list tried to help us contact the customer, there was no response. It seems as if the customer never had the intentions of resolving the issue, but took pleasure from calling people names and trying to degrade the company for an experience with one technician which is unreasonable. In the future, i hope customers will decide to call the office and let us help. Shame on the customer and angies list for allowing to post personal comments about a person's look."
