An employee, from this company, stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. Because of this thief, I and currently, living a nightmare. His name is ratch. At least that is what he said his name was. I will never shop on again and I will tell others about this horrific ordeal that I have experienced.

They were able to have someone come out the same day. Speaking to a sales rep was a little choppy at first. Everytime I called, they needed to call me back to connect me with a sales rep. But once I spoke to a sales rep, it was smooth sailing. The tech came out & now I have a little more peace of mind about any insects/bugs, etc coming in, especially with a toddler in the home.

All technicians have been competent, responsible, timely and personable. I am satisfied with their service.

Excellent service! The technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable. I once called about 2 weeks after my normal schedule because of Box Elder Bugs suddenly buzzing about my front porch. A technician arrived the next day and solved my problem! Great service, understanding personnel who use excellent products that control pests. I'm very pleased with this company's service.

The " work" was " incomplete" without a call back or follow through when I express my concern and disappointment. The initial visit was untimely, saying there was car problems. Traps were set in basement and kitchen, resulting in nothing being caught. I was outdone, as a mouse attempted to come in my bedroom the following week! He still lives and I can't find out his entrance or hideout. I have yet to hear back form this business except asking for my " address" which I gave them but they should have!! So here I am, still in need of professional help. HELP!!!
