He walked me through my kitchen cabinet and floor installation, and when the day came for the project, everything was done as he said it would be with no surprises. You know, the older I get, the more I value a person's experience. Christian has so much of it, I feel there is nothing he can't handle. Isn't that the type of person you want on your job? Plus, he is such a nice and good guy! John also was on the job that day. He worked from 930a to 8p. When Christian said the job would take only one day, John was the reason. And although he must have been so tired, John took the time to sweep up afterwards. What a professional! "Gary did a thorough of replacing my dead sump pump and removing the back-up sump pump, also dead. He had to reconfigure the discharge pipe since there is no longer the back-up. There was an added charge of $20 for the additional parts, but no added charge for the labor involved. He even examined the third sump pump in the well at the other end of the basement. He pointed out that one was dead too. After watching him replace the main sump pump one, I feel confident enough to replace this one by myself. I would have given Handyman Pros a excellent rating for professionalism, but they did not inform Gary of the amount of water collected near the sump pump. Boots were necessary, but he only had gym shoes. I laid some spare boards that were available to keep his feet dry. Beware: Handyman Pros does not provide sump pumps. They only install what you secure on your own."

"BUYER BEWARE- Frank came to our house in October to give us a quote to resurface our cabinets, put in a new counter and sink. The cabinets were installed on December 1, 2020. Everything seemed to be above board. Frank was very nice, very professional. Two cabinet doors were measured incorrectly. Frank said he ordered the new doors and would call us when they arrived. He asked for full payment on December 1 and we agreed since everything seemed to be alright and he had been responsive to our calls. Two days after the installation our dishwasher stopped working. We called Frank because he had done work on the electrical installation. He never responded. We would call him, text him, several times a week, asking that he call us back regarding our doors and dishwasher. He never responded. It is now almost February 2021. We still have not received our kitchen doors that were wrongly measured. We have had to purchase them ourselves and hired someone install them. We have never heard back. Even if all work is completed, imagine what his response might be to warranty work. I am in the process of filing a small claim suit to get my money back. Buyer beware."
