Bath Exhaust Fan - Install
Stefan was very professional and kept me apprised of each step. The fact he took pictures of each step removing the old and installing the new is so appreciated. He was on time for the job and cleaned up my space beautifully. I highly recommend his services and his professionalism.

I was beginning to think I would not be able to do the specific upgrade/project I wanted done to my space until contacted by 312 Bathroom and Home Remodeling. After discussing my vision with Steve, the quote he sent was itemized according to work to be done and clearly fell within my budget. So refreshing after receiving widely varying quotes from other vendors. Once I accepted they were ready to begin work the next day. They arrived on schedule, cordial and got the job done with much appreciated attention to detail. No mess was left. If you have any type of remodeling project to be done, I definitely recommend 312.

If you have ever had to do a bathroom remodel, even a small one, you?re probably gonna need to sit down after the sticker shock. I interviewed five companies prior to selecting the steve. When you?re spending this much money, it pays to be prudent and do your research. Steve?s approach, pricing, communicative and consultative style, and his completed work portfolio, sealed the deal. We started work two weeks later after he finished his project and it worked well with my timeline. She said I spent a lot of time in the bathroom on the toilet prior to the Reno. However, the addition of the TV, heated seat, and the bidet allowed me to watch sorry no good sorry low downChicago Bears blow another season, yet again!!!, in my favorite place in the house!

AMAZING! 312 Bathroom and Home Remodeling was contracted to install my new countertops. I contacted 312 Bathroom and Home Remodeling to update my mom’s kitchen and could not have been more impressed! They were extremely professional, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. By reusing our existing cabinet boxes and face frames, they were able to save us a significant amount of money without compromising on quality. The new cabinet doors and drawer slides, combined with the stunning marble backsplash, new countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances, transformed our kitchen beyond our expectations. The entire process was clean and efficient, and they stayed right on budget. We absolutely love the new kitchen!!
