After one year, we reported some cracking, sent pictures as requested and was told it was normal settling. Year 2, cracks were more pronounced, we sent pictures as requested, and were told someone would come our to look at it. We were ghosted several times, didn't receive return phone calls - it was very frustrating. Couldn't get past customer service to speak to anyone. No owner, no manager, no project manager.
