Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."

Before recommending jetting the line to clear it he tried 2 procedures with the tools he had at hand. The second one worked. This saved me a substantial amount of money.
