"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. "We recently used Titan Builders for a second time, this time on a complete master bathroom remodel. We had a great experience previously on a kitchen remodel, so the choice was somewhat easy to go with Titan and Michael Dreier. And once again we were fortunate to have Robert as the crew leader. Robert knows his stuff, is very professional, and provides great ideas to raise your plans up a notch in quality and look. In the job, Titan demoed the old tiny shower, a jetted tub we never used, vanity, tile, toilet, the works. We went with their suggestion of a glass wall shower and picked up out the vanity, tile, and other pieces from places they recommended. They worked efficiently day by day, protected other parts of our unit from damage, and kept the area clean as they worked. The price for the remodel was fair, and the finished bathroom is just what we wanted plus a little more thanks to Michael, Robert, and his crew."
