Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. "They make the remodeling experience very easy. Kim in the front office is very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing our bathrooms . Owner Mario supervises the project daily, keeping us informed what to expect everyday. All employees working on the bathrooms are very professional and friendly. They work from morning until 6pm. Great care is taken to protect all other living areas during construction.. Every night the site is cleaned up and ready for the next morning. I leave in a condo, and Mario made it a point to follow all the condo requirements. We had no complaints.
