Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. I also appreciated that Jim was conscious to proactively communicate timing and schedules. Overall, happy with the experience and the team's efforts and would use them again on future projects."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "They make the remodeling experience very easy. Kim in the front office is very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing our bathrooms . Owner Mario supervises the project daily, keeping us informed what to expect everyday. All employees working on the bathrooms are very professional and friendly. They work from morning until 6pm. Great care is taken to protect all other living areas during construction.. Every night the site is cleaned up and ready for the next morning. I leave in a condo, and Mario made it a point to follow all the condo requirements. We had no complaints. I can not say enough about Kitchen Bath and Beyond and highly recommend them for your remodeling project. I canâ t think of one thing I was dissatisfied about."

"Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. We live in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements beyond normal. Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff.
