It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it.
