Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it. He checked the other rooms I had thought of doing, but he very honestly said he didn't think the rooms needed a full cleaning and offered to do spot cleaning where necessary."
