My problems with them continue, and the system still does not work correctly and the water stinks so badly and it is impossible to take a shower and they do not care, it has been like this for several months now and they continue to lie to me. Their technicians have been there 3 times already but nothing has been fixed and I have already missed 3 working days because of them and they said that they would send a technician again, and the last time when I canceled my working day again because of them, they called me and canceled the appointment. Now they are trying to make an appointment again and because of this, I need to miss my work day again and there is no guarantee that they will not cancel again. I call them now almost every day and they lie that they will call back, but in 90% of cases no one calls you back. Do not make mistakes and do not work with them. The main thing for them is to sell to you and then you are not important to them and they ignore you. You can find a system like theirs 3 times cheaper.

The installation was completed on time and without any issues. When an issue occurred in the 2nd week after installation a technician was sent and resolved the issue as promised.

There are returning to correct the issue!

Stop looking! These guys are genuine and great individuals. Shamoon was very professional and polite during our â Pre-Flightâ he answered all our questions, was not a pushy sales guy. He gave us all options and we were able to make a decision without feeling forced to purchase the newest equipment. Very practical. Paul, our plumber, who installed our soft water, was also very professional, polite and thorough with what he was trying to explain with using the system. Paul was quick to let us know what he noticed with our very old piping and told us he may need to replace a spot on piping and it may take longer. In the end, he didnâ t have to but re assured to just keep an eye on it. He was quick and very clean with his job answer all our questions as well. Communicated with my husband and I on where the best placement would be and always keeping us informed. Such a great company to work with. When they want to install the system they say you only need to buy the filters once a year they did not say there is service once a year also. The system stops working every 6 months and we have to call for service which is around $150.00 I do not think the system is worth the money we have to spend on filters every six months and service calls also. I would not recommend this system to anyone I am in the market to buy the new system

Technician was professional and on point!

He was not familiar with the Whirlpool water softener. I had to call the Whirlpool helpline to take him through the process and it worked and he continued trying to lower the water level and could not and all of a sudden it was not working anymore. I paid a lot of money for nothing

I have an RO under the sink water purification system which I have had for over 15 years. The man who installed the system and serviced me all these years retired. Out of necessity I had to find another company. The system Is unique and I was Concerned if I could find another company who would have the equipment and knowhow To change the filters. Angel had what I needed. In addition the angel serviceman showed me that the manifold needed replacing. I scheduled this. I am concerned about the quality of the drinking water in our house and I am glad I can count on Angel to meet this need.

Easy installation

They were professional both in their first visit to install my water softener and then when they installed. They left the area clean, took all trash and explained everything well. In this day of COVID they were awesome at not rushing things to get out of my house. Yes we wore masks but still - they were really good.

I was due for a yearly check-up. Norm came out. He checked out the equipment and then said he smelled sewer gas. I did not smell it. He was kind enough to look in the floor drain and the area around the ejector pump. The water was high. He suggested I call in a plumber which I did. I could have had a serious mess had it not been for his kindness and council. Thank you, Norm.

Went online with HA gave 3 reviews all of them were way out there in price, I was asked how it was going and said they were out of budget. So HA gave me Angel Water and he gave me the honest truth about pricing and he was there about two hours and installed a new unit for me.

They were prompt and di a wonderful job!

Couldn’t provide any useful advice about what was wrong with the system other than telling me about the shortcomings of the installed equipment brand and how their own offerings were a better choice. Problem not resolved despite paying the call out fees.

The rep. that came to our home from Angel water, Bill Slocum, was extremely well educated, polite, and told my wife Judy and I about his products and all about water very articulately. Angel uses only top quality water treatment products and we feel very satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend this company and Bill Slocum to any of my friends or relatives based on their products and integrity.

I got a few estimates and picked this company because they had a good rent to purchase option. Scheduling and installation were completed just as they said. I'm very happy to have soft water again

Friendly and professional

FINALLY a system that worked! I live on a well and my water has a very high sulfur content. After years of dealing with inferior products that worked for 6 months or so and then crapped out, I was referred to Angel Water. Because I had such bad experiences with other water treatment systems, I was skeptical when the owner told me he could solve my problem. Because of my past experiences, he agreed to lease the product to me (with all lease payments going towards the purchase price) to make sure I was happy before I bought it. Even though I was looking for the slightest evidence that the product wasn't working...I never got it. It has been a great system and I am very satisfied. Just wish I found Angel Water 7 years ago!
