Pacc Solutions came as advertised. They were prompt. They were efficient. They did everything that they stated they were going to do when it came to making sure that my roof was examined, replaced, and cleaned perfectly. I remember my neighbor was concerned initially because of the debris and they assured me that she wouldn't even know they were there at the end of their work schedule. They were correct. If you hadn't known it before you came home in the evening, you would not have known that a new roof had been replaced unless you had been told about it. Everything was right back in its perfect place and I appreciate the professionalism and the consistency of keeping me informed on the movement of their work. Thank you.

We had PACC solutions do both our roof and our siding. They worked with our insurance company and made it such a seamless process. They handled everything from permits to even ensuring we were in compliance with our HOA. They were prompt and professional. We sat down at the start of the process with Alfredo who explained everything thoroughly to us. We could tell the entire project was being very closely monitored. The work overall looks great with minimal disruption to our daily life.

It is always the result that matters most. And I have a 5 star roof, gutter, and window fascia result to brag about with the neighbors. There were a couple of twists and turns to arrive at the outcome, but ultimately those glitches wound up with a crew of real craftsmen coming out to cross the finish line. The roof itself was a remarkably fast, well-executed project and I can tell it was well done. Replacing anything else metal on a home is always custom and so what you want is a contractor that is committed to making a customer happy with the outcome and has crews that can do the work. That's PACC. As with any contractor, just come to an understanding about standards and materials up front. I would recommend this company based on my house today.

Johnny & Crew were great! They did all the work with the insurance company to get everything covered. They worked around my schedule to get all the paperwork signed, help us pick the right colors right at my kitchen table. Roof & gutters look great!

First of all, the service was top notch! From the estimator coming to inspect the roof, to the man behind scenes dealing with the insurance claim, the project manager, and the people who performed the work! It was a great experience working with PACC! They were on top of their game and everything about the whole process happened in a timely fashion! They were easy to get ahold of and very informative as things continued to be handled throughout the claim and the project. My grandma had used them for her roofing and said they made things very easy, so I figured I would give them a shot, and I’m glad I did! They helped make the claim with the insurance stress free and walked me through what was going on step by step. I’d like to give a big thank you and shout out to Kostsas, Raphael, Alfredo, and Mr. Robb for being very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process! I appreciate all of the hard work put into it all and the roof and gutters look great! Raphael is who I really dealt with the most and what a huge help to the entire process he was! He especially knew how to get things moving in the right direction quickly. His demeanor towards everything was positive and made sure to get everything submitted when he had received correct information. He even asked for it when he hadn’t received information to keep things progressing. He was easy to talk to on the phone and definitely has the customers best interest at hand. At first I was a little worried working with an Illinois company living in Indiana but I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely enjoyed working with PACC, they did an amazing job on my home and I’m very happy with how it came out! I went out of my way to recommend PACC to all my neighbors that I know to let them know how great it was working with them! They solely got my Roof Approved by the insurance company and I didn’t have to do anything but sign for them to represent me!

I hired PACC Solutions to repair the hail damage to my roof and gutter. From start to finish I am impressed with the professionalism of their employees and systems. To mention a few, Daniel worked with me and my insurance company with the estimate and approval with the adjuster. We had several issues, they only wanted to cover 50% of the cost. Daniel & I both persisted, Daniel went up on my roof, took pictures, created the damage report and sent a professional done report of the damage not covered. After 6 weeks of follow-up we got 100% of the roof, gutters and downspouts covered! I am very happy to have PACC Solutions represent me, Daniel went above and beyond. Mike was my Project Manager, he too did a great job communicating with me, answering questions and scheduling the contractors. The work was completed as scheduled and with quality workmanship. Several sheets of plywood were water damages and were replaced. I had a couple problem areas that I discussed with the roofing contractor, he installed both step flashing and a water diverter flashing to insure my roof would not leak. The gutter contractor also did quality work the following day to complete the project. I highly recommend PACC Solutions, a quality contractor.

PACC Solutions was very professional and worked my insurance carrier so we received a new roof after a hail storm. They fought hard to get a full replacement from our insurance and not a budget conscious roof the carrier wanted to pay for.

They did quality work. approval took forever but I blame Insurance mostly for the delay.
