We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms. We loved the quality of work and loved working with Tim, and have already recommended him several times to friends and family. We would absolutely use him and his services again for future work. Plus our Great Danes love him.

We hired Tim to remodel our bathroom. Everything had to go; down to the studs! In only 3 weeks Tim built us a beautiful walk in shower, new lights, exhaust fan, sinks, counter tops etc. The tile in the shower and floor is perfect.
