"Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great.
