ProLift has become a hero in our neighborhood. They came for an inspection to check my garage door, which made a terrible noise going up and down, and I expected I'd need expensive repairs, but no, they tightened everything going up and down a ladder several times, and it now runs so smoothly. My experience with ProLift Door’s was outstanding from start to finish. Great communication and excellent workmanship and customer service. Cindy who is the main contact was delightful to work with and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with their products and service! A++. Also wanted to mention Mel the owner was a super guy, he was training a young gentlemen the day he was here and they did a GREAT job.

I called at 130pm and Melvin arrived within 30 mins & repaired my door. Excellent service and such a nice guy. I kept his card in case my garage door malfunctions. again. Highly recommend this company.

Mel and Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions. Got to work replacing the spring system on garage and a few extra little adjustments. Couldn’t have been more professional and efficient. Very happy with their work.

First the pro, Melvin Wong, was available in an emergency situation after 7pm on a Saturday. My garage door had come of the tracks could not be closed. the weather was freezing. He had correct a few of the errors of the original installation to enable closing the door for the night then came back the next morning Sunday to make alterations which were necessary to ensure the door would function as before but more efficiently. He is professional, courteous, informative has a vast knowledge of garage door function so overcoming several obstacles was no problem. Very satisfied I call the right guy for the job.
