"This review comes in 6 weeks after we finished this project. Emerald Bloom was not notified by text, email, or phone about any of these complaints until we read the review. 1. We did not break the water main. Since being notified of this review we went to the Public Works Dept. We confirmed with them that Emerald Bloom was no way at fault. The Public Works Department offered documentation for us to keep on file. Water main is more than 7' underground and we were not working anywhere near it. 2. Weeds need to be maintained weekly. This project was finished 6 weeks before the review. We advised the homeowner while we were still working there that he needed to maintain weeds within beds and contact a fertilizer company right away to keep up with the weeds. 3. We visited the home after we were made aware of this review and have photos documenting how nice all the plants and new seed were coming in. 95% of the grass seed is coming in great. Grass seed in not guaranteed because it requires a lot of attention after it is installed. It is common to have to reseed small areas sometimes. We also noticed that the grass has not been mowed in the 6 weeks since we left. 4.We did power wash all the paver bricks and ensure that they were free of debris before sealing. The pavers are approximately 30 years old and unfortunately there was a very small area that stains could not be removed. 5. We were not hired to work on the pond in any way. We did advise homeowner that he should call a pond company right away to come in clean, fill, and start the pond to preserve the liner. We did a lot of work at this home as it was very overdue for maintenance and were there for 2.5 weeks. We reinstalled retaining walls, leveled large existing patio, removed 15-20 yards of debris, installed 44 yards of new soil, new seed and a lot of plant material and all of which are doing well. We have been able to contact the homeowner to discuss."

I understand we did offer to to come back and fix the exposed drain tile created by the sod install. Considering that 98% of your project consisted of building the wall, I am glad the wall is functioning and you are happy with it. I'd recommend them. I haven't really sourced out other providers. I think they may be on the more expensive side for what they do. For me, it's okay, but for some they may be a little too expensive.
