On the other side, the job has become so specialized that while installing the dry wall of the ceiling, if a crack is noticed on the connecting drywall of the wall, it will not be informed nor repaired as it is not in the contract. I had to hire another guy to do the repair in drywall of the wall before painting. I still recommend him to get the job done. It needed two FULL skim coats after the coat I had put on myself (I had been repairing bubbled paint, etc.). They left it smooth and ready for painting.
