The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"The job turned out great and my bathroom looks brand new. I hired Freddy and his team at F&F Construction to repair a subfloor where the toilet sits, install toilet, and finally install a DuraLux performance waterproof luxury vinyl floor. The job required them to finish repairing the subfloor which I had done demo on after I replaced the flange due to a leaky toilet. They were able to install complete that job and install the new flooring. They also installed a new vanity, painted the bathroom and also fixed a leak in my shower that wasn't part of the original contract. I considered only giving them 4 stars due to a section of my bathroom where a radiator heater sits, when they installed the tile, they went around the radiator and it didn't seem so clean (pictures included). However, the overall project was great and the price was very reasonable. My bathroom looks great after a well needed makeover. Freddy was timely and punctual, great customer service, and communication was great."

Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. "Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "
