Accu-Dry Waterproofing & Concrete Pumping

As it turns out, Accu-Dry doesn't do the specific work that I needed, BUT they actually took the time to send their bloke out to evaluate the problem and give me advice on what to do about it! That is not something that you see, at all, nowadays. If I end up having foundation problems or any of the other issues on their otherwise extensive menu, I'm calling them, first!

I got bids from 3 top AngiesList firms, chose this one because they were professional, responsive, and a relative had a good experience with them. They were willing to reasonably price-match my lowest bid and scheduled me even quicker than I really needed. Israel did the excellent work, completely and cleanly. I recommend them.

I'm simply writing this review regarding the level of professionalism I received from Dave. When he initially provided the quote, he mentioned that since the driveway was so long he will need to bring the cement truck 3/4 up the driveway. I was worried about the driveway being damaged (asphalt and has several cracks) so I communicated to their office about my concern, since they stated they would not be responsible for any damage. The office stated they have enough hoses to do the job from the street. When I called to confirm three days before the work was to start, their tone changed. Dave started saying that if they can't place the truck on the driveway, it wouldn't be worth for him to do the job and he would just cancel the appointment. I found out later that I was right not to have that truck on the driveway. It would have definitely caused damage. Other companies will not have their large trucks on the driveway. When I receive a written quote, I expect it to be honored and not a complaint about how the job is small and not worth it for them to do the job. I guess $3300 is too "small". Please check other companies, before you select this firm. It will be very beneficial for you in the long run.

One crack was about 30" long but water would only show on the middle portion of the crack and only when it rained really hard. The other crack was a wall crack leading into the crawlspace. Nothing wrong with it I just thought it would be a good idea to seal it to hopefully stop the crack. I had this company and another come in and both proposed to do the same type of work and the thing that made me hire this company was this company said I did not have to move the washer machine drain sink for them to get at it and David C. just seemed to know what he was doing and looked at the job as if it was very common to him. The other company made it seem like it was a huge problem.

Accu-dry does great work, but their early trouble shooting was not so good. Had to come back three different times to solve the problem and patch the leak. Workers and field supervisors are solid and hard working; folks handling the phone calls/scheduling, however, were not on top of things. Long, maddening delays between responses. This should have been easier than it was. However, I would use these folks again because they are honest and do very solid work.

Needed basement floor jack-hammered and funneling system reinforced to point water toward internal drain tile. The entire team was amazing and we got truly personalized service. Basement was finished so we had to have drywall and a furnace removed. Jim and his team were organized, fast, and even put the room back together cosmetically (replaced drywall) afterwards. We were very impressed and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

They were pretty good. They were expensive. I would use them again.

I called Accu-Dry back and asked if they could honor the $630 for the first two cracks and $250 for an additional crack as they had labeled for other cracks on the initial estimate. They agreed and came out and sealed the cracks. The quality seemed very good and the gentleman performing the work answered my questions about the sealing process. I'm happy with the work (no leaks yet, though it hasn't been a month yet) and would use them again.

I was hoping to get a written analysis of the basement, but only got some verbal causes about the cracks in the basement floor

This was the second time we used Accu-Dry. The technician was very courteous, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. The work was done with high quality, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Was very impressed with Alex Skirmontas who came out to quote our job and explain in detail what was involved. Because of how impressed we were with him, we did not have anyone else out to quote our job. He came back with his crew to complete our job. It was a very labor intensive and they did a great job and completed it ahead of schedule. Very happy and would use Accu-Dry again for any concrete work and would ask again specifically for Alex.

Arrive on time , professional and courteous,  found three additional cracks in the foundation and gave me fair prices , completed the work same day, work performed in professional manner and clean up done afterwards. Would recommend.
