"- Install guy was amazing!! - sales guy was very down to earth, polite, and was even still sitting with us after 10pm on a Wednesday night going through options! - few points the sales guy emphasized, weren't part of the finished product (thin set for base, corner trims/crown molding, mold spray, etc) - shower base is our only complaint. It's pretty flimsy, slippery, seems very cheap. If don't go with doors the shower curtain won't stick/magnetize to the base (even after buying a more heavy duty curtain) and seems to attack and wrap around you while in the shower. - cost is on the high end, but so is everything else."

"I had a water leak over the weekend and TMI was the only company that answered and found an on-call plumber that would be able to come out within 1 hour! The plumber, Juan was INCREDIBLE!
