4 stars cause it just got installed and not used yet. Install experience was excellent. Matt and Paul were on time, courteous and efficient. As of now, I would recommend this contractor.

They were so patient and helpful during the planning process, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Throughout the remodels, they were reliable, kind, and on time, and the whole process was quick and painless. Both bathrooms look amazing — we couldn’t be happier!

Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company.

Highly recommend! The installer did an amazing job and was very patient with all of my husband's questions. The rep was a very nice young man and explained the process in simple way that we both understood. We especially liked that they are a local company. The owner and rep even went to Belvidere...go Bucs!
