CAT Contracting, Inc. is a national restoration company which operates two divisions. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. "The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

"Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."

"I used this company in 2017/2018 and it was a complete disaster. Some guy named Cord/Coy fail through my roof in 4 spots leaving permanent damage and the repairs were horribly done. They damaged my HVAC and another company had to be paid to come in and fix it. I had to hire another well known roofing company to completely redo the work. The owner was not responsive or involved in communication at all. I live in Urbana il and will gladly provide photos and proof of this horrible experience to anyone that needs it. Stay clear of this company and it's poor practices. BEWARE!"

They damaged my HVAC and another company had to be paid to come in and fix it. I had to hire another well known roofing company to completely redo the work.
