I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. I know it can be tough to make time do things that are let's say "a pain." I've been a landlord for 7 years and I have had to do many repairs. My painting skills are decent as result as well. I've had to do a number of clean outs. I've replaced flooring, windows, built decks, cut down trees (smaller trees) and I've done landscaping projects. I can haul things away or do heavy lifting. Just let me know if you need some help with something and we'll go from there.

"Returned my call four days after I called him, then showed up days later unannounced. My tenant was out of the house, so she did not answer the door. He never showed up again. Very bad communication skills. Would not do business again."
