Great company of plumbers that helped me to fix shower drain to lower apartment unit. Tyler and the second plumber arrived on each scheduled appointment, defined and solved shower leak problem and effectively put back shower door back to it's original condition. Dave also gave me $ 40 discount on final payment.

I called a few different companies to replace a water heater. One price was out of line and two of them were just about the same in price, a price that I thought was fair. You should not have to pay more than $1,500 for a new water heater, depending on the cost of the heater. Some companies want $2,000. That's crazy. A good gas water heater will cost between $500-$800. Add $100 for disposal of the old tank and new connection pipes. Add $400 for time and labor for two people. The rest is profit and the the company making sure it has time in the schedule for emergency calls like water heaters. Anyway, the Sullivan team came out and replaced the water tank in a timely manner on the agreed date. Dave Sullivan (owner) even came out and reviewed the work. Additionally, they gave some good advise on a couple other things for me to consider having done including a chimney leak. And they were right. Saved me time and stress. I will have to consider them for future projects.

Dave responded immediately upon my request, and gave me the best quote for the repair. He arrived to do the work on time. Work performed was excellent and he and guys were very respectful and great to work with. I will definitely call them again to do future projects.

My hotwater heat started leaking Saturday night. I sent out a request on Angi's and Dave responded. He was able to replace it the following morning. We had hot water by 1100am. He was clean and worked fast. Use him. One of the best I have ever hired.

Dave called returned my call the next day after I posted the job on Home Adviser. Immediately I knew he was eager, honest, efficient and able to do the job at the cost that was reasonable for installing a hot water heater. Dave, also, repaired a pipe under my bathroom sink, which was leaking, and found the reason that it frequently gets clogged. I agreed to the job on Friday, and Dave and Kevin came out on Monday morning promptly. Good work.

Dave was very courteous and efficient. We called him on a Sunday and he was at our home first thing on a Monday. Dave also took care of our sump pump that happened to go out. He was done fast and gave a great price for both. I would highly recommend his Company.
