Apparently, the appointment mistakenly didn't get saved in their schedule. However, the job was done correctly and with consideration of not wanting me to be late. They offered to come back tomorrow, but I declined. I would hope that more clean-up post work would be done, but, again, I believe the lack of this service was due to the fact that they knew I had to get to work.
