"I scheduled a 2-4 pm appointment earlier this week for Kirkwood Plumbing to come out and fix a toilet. I called to verify this appointment earlier today and was informed they "should be able to come" for the service. At 355 today, I received a call that a plumber could not make it that they could "try again Monday after 3." I informed her that I had to take off work for this appointment and this very inconvenient. Although we've had a good experience with them in the past, this experience is very annoying. Is this normal for plumbing companies to not make 'appointments.'? Update: a plumber came on Monday afternoon and promptly and professionally fixed the problem.

"Very professional, friendly, and clean. Walked us through every step of the job educating/informing us along the way. We have used other “large” companies and would HIGHLY recommend Chris and Sewer-Oscopy over all of them. "Very nice very knowledgeable very reasonably priced. They came the same day I called. They moved my initial appointment forward four days because they felt my drain problem (standing water in my kitchen sink)was an emergency situation.
