Two Maids & A Mop

On the 12th of April 2023 the Two Maids and a Mop came to my place to do a move out cleaning when I set up the time and the day for them to come by. It was done through text messaging. I told them on the 13th of April my final out i was going to give my keys to my landlord and I will need to have the place cleaned up, because it was being inspected. On the 12th of April 2023, the cleaning service, two maids and a mop finished within three hours that day when I returned home to look at the home because they had to leave to go to another house. The place was halfway cleaned. When I went upstairs to look at the bathroom, the bathroom was not fully cleaned. There was still areas that were not cleaned as what they stay in their website that they clean bathroom toilet. They also did not clean the cabinets in the bathroom downstairs in the kitchen area. They did not clean any of the cabinets they were stains still. When I open up the fridge raider, the refrigerator still has stains inside it was not cleaned. So I contacted the cleaning service and asked them why they did not clean the bathroom fully. They said that they cannot clean bathrooms that had bodily fluids and I said aren’t you guys a cleaning service and they stated that they do not clean bathrooms like that. They told me that if I clean up some of it, they will come back and clean that part. They also said they were gonna come back to clean the kitchen in the cabinets, but I told him that it I had to return the keys on the 13th so I did cannot wait for them to come back to clean the kitchen area in the cabinets and I will just do it myself. I told them the bathroom I would like for them to clean if they refuse, I asked him can I get some of my money back they said they won’t. So am requesting my refund from this company because this is the worst cleaning service that I’ve ever dealt with especially when they refuse to clean like the stated this company should be shut down because of their poor service .

Most was already done - but they still spent the time there making improvements on what had already been done.

They did an excellent job. I would give them a ten. They were very professional but also very kind. I have had surgery and could not reach certain things in my house and they were very helpful

I liked the fact that their pay was performance-based. If there are any issues, the company is eager to come out and fix it for free.

I'm really impressed with the front office staff. The first cleaning was not up the standards so they immediately sent a second team. Their professionalism and responsiveness is fantastic! While the 2nd cleaning was better than the first, it was not as good as they normally do. Several 'attention to detail areas' were missed so I'm not giving the A I normally would.

Everything was sparking when they finished and the cleaning products left a fresh and clean scent in the air. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use their service again.

Everything was completed as promised - they did a great job.

It went well, but not as good as the last two times. This time when the tables were dusted, my things were not put back, but just moved off to the side. Other than that, it was a good attention to detail, which is important to me..

Two new ladies did an exceptional job with the cleaning. The granite counter tops were so clean they were as reflective as mirrors!

Outstanding! I'm really impressed with the gals who took care of my house yesterday. It would be an understatement to sat that I'm picky and demanding and yet these two were able to do everything I asked, leaving nothing undone. What's more, they did it all with a positive attitude (in the madness of my workday, I'd forgotten it was cleaning day and had gone home for lunch). Well done ladies...well done!

Not well, unfortunately. I don't like giving bad reviews without first allowing the provider a chance to make it right. When I called and left a message expressing my concerns about the cleaning, no one called me back. Normally my concerns about unsatisfactory cleanings are handled professionally and responsively by the front office so this was uncommon. However my frustration is that I continue to have the same issues and that the quality of the cleanings continues to be inconsistent. For example during this most recent cleaning the laundry basket wasn't moved when vacuuming - it was just vacuumed around. In the master bathroom where I have a basket of toiletries, it was just wiped around. When I moved it, there is dirt and cat hair very visible underneath. Also in the master bath, the sink faucet still had very visible toothpaste spots on it and the towel racks had a thick coat of dust. I think the worst part is that the kitchen garbage wasn't emptied while the bathroom trash cans were. I keep my house very tidy and I hire the service to do the cleaning I don't have time to do. It's terribly upsetting to pay a good sum a money and continue to get the same sloppy house work every other time someone comes to my house.

The ladies did a great job. It's always a joy to come home to a clean house, especially when the details are taken care of. I'm a stickler for details. :)

Always please never any problems a bit pricy but worth the cost as long as service level remains as good as it is. Recommend with high marks!

Great job cleanings house! Some minor things aren't always done, but the ladies in the front office are always receptive to inputs.

They arrived at 10:45 am and left at about 12:25 (keep in mind this was supposed to be a maintenance premium cleaning package). My son was home and he heard them complain about how dusty it was and then one of the girls was about to perform a task and the other lady told her not to do it; "this is not a premium clean." I walked around and seen that not all surfaces had been dusted, vacuum cleaner was so dirty and looked like they had not emptied the canister in weeks, so I will probably have to run the vacuum again. They spot mopped because I found grime around my toilet, my tub still had grim on the outside, and there was grim around the ring of the toilet. I called and left a message but did not get a call back from Colleen Kealey. I sent her a message; which she forwarded to the FWB office. The manager from the FWB office called me And said "I spoke to the girls before you filed your complain and they said it was really dusty and that it would be several cleans before the dust settles." I didn't realize I had to dust prior to them showing up. "And then she went on to explain that I could request a top to bottom deep clean, but the cost is much higher." The problem is that I paid $110 for a maintenance premium cleaning package and that is not what I got. The customer service I received was the company telling me why my house had not been cleaned to my satisfaction. That?s right: nobody?s better than us and we don?t mind saying it. -- I disagree

They were prompt, courteous and fast.

I only had them three times now. Everybody does a different cleaning. I talk to them and tell them what I like to have. When I don't like it, I'll tell them. I absolutely loved what they did to the floors last Monday. I have wood floor and tile in my house. They do a full cleaning and I didn't do that yet because most of the times we do that in the spring and right after Christmas. So I don't know how that worked. I only have them for normal help in the house. Their pricing is average. They try to do a good job. I like the people who come in. They ask questions and I like that. They call you a day before and give you a time and check if that's okay with you. I like that very much. My problem with them is that I always have different people coming in. So they all do stuff differently. I don't like that very much because I can see the difference. The first one did a very good job. With the second one, my wood floor was very dull. The third one was absolutely wonderful. I would like to have the same people coming in every Monday.

They cleaned the fans, doors, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. They were there for a few hours, but did an amazing job. I have a home with 3 children, 3 dogs, and two cats. My home was sparkly clean when they were done.

I have them set for a monthly clean. I get a reminder call a day or two before. They arrive punctually at the appointed time. They are very professional, they dive right in to the task and get it done. When they are ready to leave, they review what they have done and advise any trouble areas. Would highly recommend!!!

Bi Weekly service for the past two year, the staff does a great job

They did an excellent job. I'm located in Crestview and I would recommend the two ladies up here to anyone! Great job! I had company coming and I was very happy to have them coming to enjoy my nice, clean house!
