DO NOT patronize this business! They were subcontracted by our home inspector and completely missed serious issues with our basement plumbing. About three weeks after moving in, we noticed water leaking into the basement. We brought in a master plumber with over 30 years of experience, and he immediately identified major problems?pipes that needed to be dug up and replaced. He was able to access and view the pipes and said these issues absolutely should have been caught during the initial inspection. He even took the time to explain to Chris (the original inspector) what was missed and what should have been done. When we asked the company to cover a portion of the repairs due to their negligence, they claimed they did their best and revealed they have no insurance. There was zero accountability.

Chris is straightforward, honest, and knows his business. I am pleased with the value for services performed.

Chris was great. Explained everything he was going to do and talked to me each step of the way. We discussed the next step in solving my problem which did not turn out to be my sewer line. He was very helpful in trying to help me to determine what my next step needs to be. Wrote down some things I need to do before continuing on.

Chris is a very personable worker. He had the equipment toe do the job. He put in the effort to complete the sewer clean-out. Chris said that if I should have any other problems just give him a call and he would come back as soon as possible. I would recommend his business to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Chris was very professional, nice, informative (without seeming condescending), polite, clean, and fast. He came out the next morning and fixed my problem before noon. Look no further, this is definitely the company you want.

I would recommend Chris to anyone who has a problem with there sewer line. Very intelligent and knowledgeable about the work that he does. I had a clog in my sewer drain, Chris was able to clear it,and show me what the problems were from. He also told me how to take care of the existing problem,so I went have to go through this in the future. Thanks again Chris.

Chris did a very professional job. Although he could not locate the source of my particular problem, he scoped the main line so now I know that that is clear and know to look elsewhere.

Chris was very pleasant and professional. He responded to my request for service almost immediately. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked very hard to solve our sewer backup problem. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the problem, although he spent close to 2 hours at our residence. He did not charge us anything for all of his efforts.
