Jose the tech performing the installation was courteous, meticulous and respectful of the workplace. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my question. Not only was American Radon helpful with radon but, a month later, Bill responded to an after-hours question about a sump pump concern (adjacent to my radon system). American Radon Systems did an excellent job all around, from the quote through to installation and clean up. I appreciate attention to detail, and Bill and his team delivered on that expectation. Bill was great getting the quote done, explaining all of the details, and answering all of my questions. Once we scheduled the work, Bill arrived on time (texted ahead to confirm exact time), and work progressed as we had discussed. No surprises in how things were installed, and everything was done well. Bill's team kept everything clean and neat (drop cloths, etc), and they cleaned up completely after the job was done. The quality of the work and materials met or surpassed all expectations. ARS did an excellent job quoting, installing, and finishing the job. I would highly recommend ARS!

Bill from American Radon was great! During the estimate he took time to explain everything from home construction and radon to how the system would be installed. On the day of installation Jose and Bill were right on time and even protected all the flooring with mats so it would not scratch . Their work looks great and would definitely recommend them!

For radon mitigation, this is the place! I had a system installed 7 yrs ago form another place that got me just under the 4.0 threshold at 3.9. Then, when I went to sell the house, it had crept over 5. For a very reasonable cost, Bill and his crew made some improvements to the system and got me well under 1.0. I should have gone with them for the original installation 7 yrs ago. I’m very pleased and highly recommend them.

Bill was amazing. He walked us through the whole process and showed us exactly how the system would be placed. We had many questions and concerns and he patiently answered them all. Our initial radon test reading was 14.1. After mitigation, our test results showed .8. So we are super happy with the work that Bill and Jose did. They were very careful with our property and cleaned up everything. They even found a better, more efficient way to put the piping in than originally suggested. It looks much nicer and cleaner. We did extensive research on mitigations and are so glad that we chose American Radon Systems. Bill’s years of construction experience really pays off when it comes to the best way to do things.

Bill was able to come out next day to give me a quote and system was installed five days later! Bill and Jose did a great job installing the system, caulking the basement, and replacing the sump pump cover! Would definitely recommend Bill, he is very knowledgeable about the work he does and enjoys talking to you about it; so if you have any questions about radon, he’s got the answers!!

Very happy with the service. They replaced fan that was under the 5 year warrantee period. Called late Saturday and they replaced it early Sunday!
