This company was the one contractor who said they weren't going to tell us about how lousy the competition is, instead he was honest and forthright in explaining why we should chose them. They offered competitive rates, always arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I could not have been happier with the work done all the way around. "I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."

"Called to school appt for estimate and within 2 days had owner out for estimate. I looked at 3 other companies and was slightly concerned that Best Windows was so much less. But decided to go with them and I am quite happy I did. I was told windows would be ready in 4 to 5 weeks (I had a large customize size window that 2 companies could not meet my requirements). 4 1/2 weeks later got a call for installation and we agreed 2 install was for 3 days after the call. They replaced all 8 windows and one sliding glass door in one day. And there was a lot of dry rot and frame damage they needed to work on. They did a great job. They explained why we had so much air leakage with our old sliding glass door (no insulation a around it at all and it was just places on concrete slab with no buffer so lots of air coming in that way). They clean up inside and outside very well. You couldn't tell they were here other than the lovely new windows. Several neighbors have since asked me who I used since they like the job done on my place. I have no qualms about recommending Best Windows to them."
