This was my first time using this place. I had two large rugs picked up for cleaning on Feb 9 and they were returned on Feb 16. The rugs were dropped off. When I opened them, there was still dog hair on them. I called right away to describe the dog hair I found and they sent the drivers back to pick them up again. I was guaranteed by Donna that the carpets would be looked at again and cleaned of dog hair. I expressed via email my disappointment. They've been in business over 100 years, you can't tell me my carpet is the first one that had dog hair on it that they ever received. Carpet was returned Wed Feb 23. The larger rug was totally clean and that was the rug that was the dirtiest. The smaller was was not as bad but yes it had dog hair on it. For what I paid, I expect to get the rugs back with NO dog hair. However, the smaller rug still had dog hair on it. Based on their website video and statements listed, these rugs should have been 100% clean. I received no call asking if I was satisfied with the rugs. I will not be using them again. "Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We used every method, we have to remove your dog hair. First visible hair is removed, then put thru the duster which shakes the rug. Visible hair removed. Then slightly warming the rug to loosen the fibers again shaken, hair removed then centrifuged to push out the hair. Warmed again and washed both sides. Once cleaned, we again removed visible hair with commercial grade vacuuming system. The rug is then warmed to soften fibers, rolled and unrolled. Visible hair again removed by Vacuum system. Shaken, and rolled till hair isn't showing up. Northcenter pick up the rug minutes after delivery and re-cleaned the rug with the same procedures along with static guard. The rug stopped showing hair not even one stray hair. I then called you. Embedded hair can be a problem as us dog owners know, but alsa a few stray hairs appeared at delivery once again. We strive to do our very best."

The carpet and upholstery cleaning were great. They arrived on time, fixed a soiled area and quickly finished the entire job. The rug was done in 5 days, as promised. I’ve used them before, so I don’t know how competitive they are in pricing, but I was happy with their charges.

The people on the phone and at our home were courteous, warm and professional. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would use no one else from now on to clean our rugs. They cleaned three large rugs and two smaller Turkish handmade rugs. All the wool rugs were treated to remove moth eggs and such beforehand.

I was skeptical that these carpets could ever be cleaned and thought I would have to throw them away. Northcenter Rug did an amazing job. They look as good as when they were new. For the job that they did, their price was reasonable. All the representatives for the company were polite and helpful.

Northcenter called the day before with a 2 hour window for pick-up. Gary and helper arrived on time. Rug was gone for 2 weeks. I had originally expected a 1 week delivery, but got a call stating they were going to put it through another time.
Was called the day before, again with a 2 hour window, for delivery. Delivery team (Gary and helper) was terrific in setting up rug and moving furniture.
Rug looks terrific. I opted for the Microseal protection; we'll see how it holds up.

The sales person was very professional when we brought in our heavily stained rugs- we were embarrased about the pet stains, and he acted as if that was the norm. They take care of these stains- we just noticed more than we thought when we unrolled the rugs in the shop. We got the rugs back in about a week- they were cleaned and looked so much better. We were referred to this location by a friend who also had a positive experience.

Great! I dropped them off (you get 10% discount). Ken looked them over, suggested repair of fringe on some which they did very well. They called me when the rugs were ready and the pads as well. I asked them to deliver them (so no 10% discount that way).
Rugs look and smell great! I have used them before and have just brought more to them recently. Such a good job and very reasonable. Have been in business a long time.
