Within 4 hours of the flooding the rep from PuroClean were ready to come mitigate damage. I had to wait a day for my insurance company to give the go ahead and they were there first thing in the morning that day. Professional rep and crew!

The team showed up when they said they would, and definitely took care of our flooding issues right away. They used all new technology for detecting wetness and made sure to leave the equipment till dry. Special note to the manager, Mike who spent a long time on the phone with me going over the bill in detail- it was the first time this had happened to me and it was extremely stressful. PuroClean will work with your insurance company if you have it for these type of incidents. Hard work appreciated that was done by the remediation crew too.

Went very well. Anthony came to do the actual work and was respectful and professional. He took care of removing all parts of the drywall/insulation that had moisture, treated the wood with spray for Mold and cleaned up after himself. The work needed was less than what they had initially quoted so they charged me a little less. I was happy about getting the work done and not having to spend as much.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the entire team at Puroclean who provided outstanding support and services during my home recovery from a massive flood I experience in mid July. From our initial meeting with Leo during the middle of our crisis, to the overall estimating and the business transactions with Mike P, we found the Puroclean team to be extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive and exceptionally experienced at their work. This was a very emotional experience for our family, and Leo and his working staff made a very difficult situation as good as it possibly could be with their care and consultation throughout the process. I highly recommend the Puroclean team to anyone who is experiencing a water / fire recovery and restoration project.

That worked out okay. I had to have that done before I could get my home loan. Everything worked out okay there. They came and looked at the mold and told me it was not a mold. He reported back  to the people who inspected the house so I could get the loan. He got a good rating. They told me when they were coming out. They came out and inspected and that was it. They told me it was not a mold and sent an inspection report to the loan people. It was a good price. Everything was fine. He was very professional. There was nothing bad about it.

Tech was great the day of service. Sam was also very helpful in scheduling the inspection and sending me the inspection report within a week. Very fast and efficient!

They were great.  They came within an hour of discovering about a foot of water in one room in our basement.  They set up their equipment and left it and came back to retrieve it they discovered that one of our sub-pumps was not working and that is why we had water in the room.  They were super-professional and helpful.   The most important thing with regards to this type of service is how quickly they respond in an emergency and I was very happy with how quick they came to our house and started the pumping of the water and the drying of the space.
