He repaired squeaky stairs, exterior window moldings, all of my interior window frames that needed repair, reattached my front step blue stone, repaired my front porch posts so water did not rot the wood, fixed my gate so it opened and closed without effort, and repaired my garage door frame. so would not be damaged by rain. I placed the order and he picked it up on day of install. He and another guy arrived on time and immediately went to work. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work.
