"We started vetting contractors through Angies List last year for a bathroom remodel project & requested quotes from multiple contractors. MPT was very prompt in their responses & had a competitive quote. After speaking with Paul a couple of times, we decided to work with MPT.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail & professionalism that the MPT team demonstrated. We were promised that the work would be finished in 2 weeks and and they finished it right on time (9 working days). Every morning they arrived promptly at 8 AM and some mornings I was pleasantly surprised to see them waiting outside the driveway until it was 8 AM. They were extremely detail-oriented and kept us abreast of developments along the way, with Paul even providing expert knowledge where our knowledge was limited. Cleanup after the task was also beyond my expectations. 
Overall, we were extremely pleased working with Paul, Martin & Emilio. We have multiple small projects to do around the house & they will be my first choice for all those projects.

The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John!
