"Sink in the kitchen was clogged, I had ( past tense) a home warranty service that dispatched a plumber to my location. He never showed, contacted them again and they sent out another plumber. This guy showed up and was totally useless. That plumber said he would stop back by on Wednesday, the first home visit was on Friday. On Monday he called me back and canceled our appointment and said he would call me when he could make it. I put in a request here on this site for service this was Tuesday night. Wednesday morning Best Price Sewer and Plumbing called. 2 hours from that call the clog was cleared. Nate was/ is very professional, knows what he is doing. 5 Stars all the way."

"IF...youre having a problem or just updating fixtures, Big Wrench Plumbers are the folks to call. They arrived on time. They will access the problem correctly and professionally get it done. They were professional and proficient without being too chatty. They came prepared with shoe covers which is important in my house and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves too. "very happy with experience. very worry free. called to state non-emergent need, received estimated cost over the phone and was able to get an appointment set on the first call. plumber was available within 2 days and set appointment time with one hour window. plumber showed up on time, seemed thorough and very professional. i do not know how favorable the pricing was, but given it only took 20 minutes to look at reviews, select a vendor, and schedule the work, even if i paid a markup, it was totally worth it. dealing with contractors had never been this easy."

"When temperatures dropped to -50 with wind chill, the pipes to our basement bathroom sink froze. And as soon as everything began to thaw, (on Friday night) we found that we had a ruptured hot water pipe. Water was shooting out of the wall all over the bathroom. When it became clear that our usual plumber wasn't going to show up on Saturday, I frantically called half-a-dozen plumbers from Angie's List. Only Charlie got back to me and agreed to show up after his next job. On a day that he was clearly being overwhelmed with calls from all over the city, Charlie kept his word and showed up with his partner Dimitri. They quickly figured out there were no other leaks and repaired the pipe. On top of it, Charlie spotted two other unrelated plumbing issues in our HVAC room. They were minor now but could have turned into bigger problems down the road. His thoroughness and attention to detail allowed him to spot these hidden problems and save us headaches down the road. We had our water working in under an hour (on a Saturday evening!) and he charged a very fair price given the demands upon his time. He left our house at 5pm, his phone blowing up from other customers. I asked if he was going to have an end to the day soon, but he said he still had hours to go...he had promised other worried homeowners that he would help them today. THAT's the kind of dedication I want from my plumber. Call Charlie with confidence."
