"We live on the 2nd floor of a 3-flat and our toilet was leaking into the 1st floor bathroom.  We called Charlie at 2pm and he showed up within a few hours.  Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem (replaced wax ring and bolts), he went the extra mile by waiting an extra 30 minutes for our downstairs neighbors to get home so he could double check the leak was fixed.  Charlie was professional, courteous, competitively priced, and went the extra distance.  I enthusiastically recommend Charlie and his team.

"I received a prompt call early in the AM to address the pump issue and set up a time for the same day in early afternoon. I had other outside commitments and could not be available in the morning. The work was completed very satisfactorily and the pump is working just fine.
