"The installers arrived early which was a plus. What I hadn't been aware of was that Crown uses subcontractors for their work. They are subcontractors they have used for years and the work was completed timely and with excellence. They did clean up as well, another plus. We added gutter guards to our order and I did not realize this would be an additional day process. This could have been due to my scheduling issues, however Crown did not make me aware of the 2 step process when I accepted their bid.
