"Door install went well, it opens and closes and looks nice. now i just have to clean up all the dust that was left behind. literally have to mop and dust my entire first floor and upstairs. installers didn't hang any plastic. I called to pay the remainder of my bill and they agreed not to charge me the 2% credit card fee as consolation. so ... i'll use someone else next time."

"Had a leak in my roof by the chimney. Roof is 8 years old. The previous roofing company that installed the roof did not flash the chimney, and this was the cause of the leak. Gustafson Roofing came promptly to my house, identified the problem, offered me a written estimate the next day, and came three days later with a 5 man roofing crew and all of the correct materials to reroof a section of the roof, flash the chimney, and end the leak. They did very professional work, completed the job, and cleaned the site. The price was the same as the estmate. Would use them for a new roof in the future when that day arrives!"

We also provide services to many commercial customers completing interiors and exteriors for McDonald’s, Burger King’s, Enterprise car rentals, hotels, restaurants, Doctors offices, Country Clubs, Associations, and Dentist offices, to name only a few. Interior Drake carries out all manner of drywall and plaster repair. We strip wallpaper, remove paneling, remove unwanted woodwork and perform full preparation to all surfaces prior to painting or paper hanging. We help with color selections and will paint sample boards for our customers. We do a wide range of faux finishes and have display boards to help with selection. We hang all manner of wall coverings and all fifty-four inch vinyl goods. We also install decorative trim such as crown moldings, chair rails, casings, frame moldings, and baseboards. We paint all surfaces including walls, ceilings, woodwork, metal work and floorings. Our capabilities include spray painting kitchen and bathroom cabinets for a fresh new look without you having to replace them. Exterior Full preparation is a must for a quality exterior job. Washing is important for a clean surface but does not replace the hard work of scraping and sanding. We paint and stain all wood exteriors as well as priming and painting of vinyl and metal surfaces. We have also carried out a variety of jobs such as painting hopscotch and four square courts for schools and painting signs for businesses. We have no issue with two or three story homes and buildings. We clean and refurbish decking and will stain and seal your deck to make it look like new.
"Drake was hired to strip and refinish painted exterior railings on a deck in the Fall of 2024. While the ?finished? railings looked good in the short term on inspection for payment, the workmanship did not hold up and the paint has been falling off and chipping in huge chunks. What is easy to understand is that paint hides a lot of shoddy work. I wish I would been more experienced and realized that this could be done so poorly. I do not think they actually stripped and primed the railings before just slathering a heavy vat of paint over the old paint."

"Local company. Recommended by both neighbors, with one getting their roof done the previous month. Original roof, and coming up on 25+ years of wear. We started to get ceiling leaks. Savaras was quick to answer the call. They scheduled a visit within the first week. I knew and they knew it would be a complete re-roofing. They gave me a detailed estimate, and responded promptly whenever I called or emailed for questions. I also had a couple other companies give me estimates. When it came down to Svaras and one other competitor (both on Angi with 4-stars and 25+ reviews, I exchanged estimates with them and asked what they liked & didn't like. Svaras gave me the most honest opinion. That and their cost was significantly cheaper. The materials they used were the same for all other competitors. Not much else to say there. The job was executed less than 2 weeks after signing the contract. They did it in one day. Again this is a 2-story house with an attached 3-car garage. The crew was all said to be local. I have security cameras around the perimeter. With all the footage, and me peeking out from the house, they worked hard. All day, with a lunch in between. Cleanup is the only area I can't necessarily give a perfect 5/5. I am certain they did a good job for the most part. They laid tarps to collect all disposal. And they brought a 7x14 trailer to throw it all in. It was on the contract they would magnetically sweep for nails daily. There were still plenty of nails that I can see with the naked eye on the driveway and deck. Since it was a 1-day job, my mind thinks it wasn't the best sweeping because it would have happened at night. It would have been exceptional to see a followup sweep the next day. Total Cost: $10-$13k"
