Chad and the entire Crown team was wonderful to work with. Chad did the estimate and gave us many great suggestions and for a refreshing change was honest about what what was needed and how the work was to be done. The office team of Deb and Tricia kept us informed of every step on the material ordering to delivery. They even called us when the workers were going to be late. Ruben and his team of workers were professional, careful of the landscaping and did exceptional work. They did every part of the project how the manufacturer recommended. They replaced 34 square of siding and trim, replaced the gutters and downspouts and nine windows on the 2nd story. They started everyday at 8:00 and worked sometimes to 6:00 PM. We were totally surprised when they even came on Saturdays. The transformation of our home from dull to WOW was exceptional. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable.

Chad was outstanding, as was his office. There was miscommunication on a couple downspouts by the actual installer, but they were remedied quickly. I rated the business 4.5 out of 5

It was a pleasure working with Chad from Crown Exteriors. It was a project to replace aluminum wraps on windows and also downspouts for the home. Chad answered all of my questions and his quote was very competitive, in fact lower than the other 2 quotes I received. Crown Exteriors was very flexible in scheduling the times and the crew showed up on time, finished the project as scheduled. I will hire Crown Exteriors for any future siding or exterior projects.

Competitive pricing. Knowledgeable sales rep helped us to understand the ideal size gutters necessary for our project. There was little miscommunication about where we wanted our downspout to be located, so unfortunately they had to come back out and correct the work. However, they did so without hesitation, and we appreciated that! Overall, a good experience.

Did most of the work when they said they would. Cleaned up the site after gutter install work done. I am waiting for the leaf guard covers due to the holiday.

Good workmenship

This was just an all around good experience, they got back to me quickly with the quote and showed up on the day they said they would. Dealing with everyone involved was great. I am looking at doing my windows next and they will be quoting them.

I've hired Chad now for multiple jobs on multiple properties, and his team always does a great job! One job was a leaking window, and he quickly removed the siding, found the leak, and installed flashing to permanently fix the problem. More recently, we had a water leak along the roof line that was damaging our ceiling. He sent out his team multiple times to ensure everything was sealed up, even climbing ladders in the pouring rain to check their work. Well done, and would definitely use again.

The work was performed by subcontrators who did an excellent job. They had the job done quickly and the gutters look great and perform well. Working with the company was a pleasure and they were good with keeping me informed with what was going on with the project. Overall I am very pleased.

The installers arrived early which was a plus. What I hadn't been aware of was that Crown uses subcontractors for their work. They are subcontractors they have used for years and the work was completed timely and with excellence. They did clean up as well, another plus. We added gutter guards to our order and I did not realize this would be an additional day process. This could have been due to my scheduling issues, however Crown did not make me aware of the 2 step process when I accepted their bid. Crown did insure I was satisfied with the work and came out to insure their subs did the best job possible for us.
