  Hired them to replace gutters and install oversized downspouts and put one gutter on a shed. They demolished gutters on a day that heavy thunderstorms were predicted. Torrential downpour occurred after they took off existing gutters so I had no gutters. Next day they installed new gutters but reg sized downspouts, not oversized and no gutter on shed. Showed up one hour late each day and on a third occasion never showed up. First rain after installation corner gutters above front porch leaked. Supposedly they've fixed that but was not around to verify the one time it rained. Still waiting for warranty info, which was supposed to be sent after cashing my check, which was a month ago. This should have been a one-day job. They've been here five times

  Steve responded promptly to my request for Quote on work needed unlike several others I'd contacted. He came out and provided a Quote on everything asked for and gave me an good explanation on what the jobs would take and how he'd go about it. He quoted all jobs and gave me a schedule within a week of when he could come out and do everything. Steve was out as scheduled performed all the work (except the Deck which was scheduled for the next day) with no assistance needed from us and very professionally. The next day was washed out due to rain and as soon as we had a break in the weather Steve showed up again, went right to work and finished the last job once again better than we hoped we'd get. Steve is a Professional and does exactly what he says he'll do. We are very happy to find him and even happier about the work he did for us

  Joe and his team where fantastic. They first off had better pricing than 6 other contractors and this was a big, multifaceted job that required a lot of different skill sets to have and Joe's team had them, they replace the back wall, securely in a two story building, cleanup mold damage in the walls, did plumbing (and found leaks that were causing more mold. They built a new porch and leveled out a sloping sunroom floor, repaired roofing and made it so the major problem won't happen again 😃. The were respectful to the property, inside and our. Really just all around great and Joe really cares about the work his crew doing, you see that when he will redo something that is not up to his high standards.
