"The home genius team was very helpful. They put my roof on a while ago and I had a leak recently that they came and inspected. We determined that my box gutters needed fixed and I had them do the job. "well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"The installers arrived early which was a plus. What I hadn't been aware of was that Crown uses subcontractors for their work. They are subcontractors they have used for years and the work was completed timely and with excellence. They did clean up as well, another plus. We added gutter guards to our order and I did not realize this would be an additional day process. This could have been due to my scheduling issues, however Crown did not make me aware of the 2 step process when I accepted their bid. Crown did insure I was satisfied with the work and came out to insure their subs did the best job possible for us."
