"When we started researching the garage companies that had been recommended to us, my wife and I couldn’t believe how many bad reviews there were for the companies we were considering. We found lots of complaints about problems with subcontractors and lack of communication and coordination from the sales and office staff. To me, the measure of a great company is how they handle the problems along the way. Alex was in contact with us from the initial sale to through the final construction. He stopped by a couple of times to check on progress and make sure I was happy. Gosia from the office kept me informed of the schedule each step of the way. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Any issues I had were addressed immediately. I always felt they had my back and were working to make my experience pleasant. ***** My wife and I are loving our new garage. It’s big and beautiful and the construction by Derrick and his crew was done with quality in mind. We are happy and my neighbor is happy. We are glad we chose Regency for the project. "Overall it went well. The only thing I would say is that initially they wanted to use a part from an entire faucet combo (cost about $168) when eventually the part could be purchased seperately for about $40.  But I asked questions and they accommodated by going pick up the part at home depot.  That was very helpful as we were able to get all the work done that day.  Jennifer was great to work with....very responsive and timely follow up.

"Orlando was very responsive to email and phone calls and came out quickly for an estimate. He was very flexible with scheduling the paint job, but we had to delay because of our schedule.
