"Shawn and his team made the whole process so easy! They got the most out of my insurance claim and I didn't have to fight with my insurance co. they handled it all. In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. "We need a custom, not basic standard, garage in order to meet tight requirements of our lot and driveway and it will still need city variances for permits. I gave details through an Angie's List request for quote, but they got the wrong phone number, so I sent a correction also through AL, but then didn't hear back. So I sent a detailed email directly to the company. Still didn't hear back, so I finally called. They aren't able to do the custom job we need. I wish they had just responded earlier with that information so I didn't waste time trying to contact them again. I hate to downgrade the company for only the initial attempts to reach them since it doesn't really say anything about the work that they do, but they did have more than one opportunity to simply say that they couldn't do the kind of work we needed."

"Overall it went well. The only thing I would say is that initially they wanted to use a part from an entire faucet combo (cost about $168) when eventually the part could be purchased seperately for about $40.  But I asked questions and they accommodated by going pick up the part at home depot.  That was very helpful as we were able to get all the work done that day.  Jennifer was great to work with....very responsive and timely follow up.

"We has a sewer back up in the basement late Thursday night.  Dirty water was everywhere.
Donny came to my home Friday afternoon and looked at the basement to determine what was needed.  He told me he could have a team at my home to do the clean up the very next morning.  The three person team came over Saturday morning as planned and went to work.One member of the team worked with me to save as much of our belongings as possible, while the others worked on decontaminating the basement.  They were very helpful, patient and professional.  They worked diligently all day.  They came back on Monday morning to remove the damaged drywall and set up the huge dehumidifier and fan the fully dry the basement.  They came back this morning to check that everything was fully dry and take back their equipment.  

My basement went from a disaster area that stunk to being super clean and smelling very good!"
