"Excellent, as always. They have done SO much work for us over the years - 13 years since I have been here at our condo. We have two catch basins that need to be rodded and cleaned as preventive maintenance regularly. They have also done some work for us when we've had tree roots grow into our sewer lines. "It went very well, from the estimate to completion. Greg was clear, honest and direct and he cares about his customers being satisfied. The workmen arrived  on the date agreed upon, were generally neat and clean and careful about my  house. It was a big, messy job and they cleaned up well. There were a few details to finish and Greg came personally to complete the little things. For example, during the clean out and other work, a t.v. cable was pulled loose and fell between the walls.   Greg came back to fix it. He made sure I was  happy with the job. I can already notice a difference from the pebble/dirt crawlspace and the new one with the liner. I notice less dampness in the family room, and there is no more smell, even on days it is raining. I trust it will be significantly warmer in the winter.

"Following the third flood in ten years without getting rid of mold completely I knew it was time to call in a professional. I was not disappointed in my choice at all. Donny the owner of Mastercat pushed up on his list of people to see because of our mold situation which he took very seriously because of the health hazards. The crew from Mastercat removed all effected areas and took care to pull out all of our flood damaged items that could not be saved.  The crew completed the job in one day and were very patient with my husband and mine questions. The worked on a Sunday and did not charge extra for this. I would highly recommend this company!

"We had an excellent experience with Windy City Rooter. Max (the owner) and his son came to my house to diagnose the problem and give a free estimate. Unlike with other "big name" companies, I felt comfortable with their diagnosis. Windy City Rooter sends actual licensed plumbers to your house and not uneducated salesmen guessing what the problem is and trying to sell you expensive sump pumps or experimental fixes. Although the diagnosis was not good (we had a blocked overhead sewer with a leak in our basement), Max was huge help in making the ordeal as painless as possible. He explained the entire process of replacing our sewer, including city construction codes, digging, replacing pipe, sealing walls, and clean up. Windy City Rooter does all their own work, they don't contract out anyone else (one of Max's sons is in charge of the excavating). Therefore they know everything that is going to get done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They dug up the sewer, replaced it, sealed our walls, and cleaned up all in one day as I was at work. Max was phone call or text away, keeping me updated on the entire process. In addition he also helped by talking directly to our insurance adjuster to ensure we could get some money for the damages. Windy City Rooter is a highly experienced family run business and it is obvious that their goal is to make the customer happy. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
